From the very first tide watches we collaborated on, Nixon and Cinco have set the standard for the surf category - always bringing a fresh perspective for a look, feel and function that’s right at home in the water, in the streets, or on the hill. Cinco Design worked side by side with the team at Nixon to design the 4x4 of smart watches. We created the first 10ATM smartwatch powered by Android Wear and Android app that focuses in on the details essential to the snow and surf athletes that Nixon serves. With the Mission you can see the surf and snow conditions that matter most to you and get outside. A Nixon-made smart watch couldn’t follow the same rules as other brands. We knew that to be successful we had to focus on features relevant to the core Nixon audience, and that led us to building a tougher smartwatch that added valuable function while living up to the demanding lifestyle of the Nixon surf and snow audience.
