A digital experience meant to travel.

Away changed the way people think about luggage by making the category feel more designed, more personal, and more connected to the experience of travel. Underlying all of it is a simple belief that the more we travel, the better we all become. Every product decision flows from that idea, creating essentials built to last for every trip to come. As the brand continued evolving its standards, the digital experience needed to do more than merchandise products. It needed to express the system behind them, including the materials, details, testing, service, personalization, and everyday decisions that make Away feel considered from purchase to arrival. Away partnered with Cinco to translate that evolution into a more flexible digital experience across web, email, and priority customer pages. Rather than treating the refreshed brand standards as static guidelines, we shaped them into practical digital behaviors, from the rhythm of a homepage scroll to the way product stories, proof points, and campaign moments come together across the customer journey. The result was a digital foundation built for range, giving the Away team a clearer way to maintain consistency, support new campaigns, and extend the brand with more expression and control.
